Have you ever seen a Pink Freud? I wonder what he would have to say about his painting done in Pink.
It is a very sensual shade.
Did you know that Pink isn't on the color wheel? It's not considered a color at all only a shade of red.
I love all of the Madonna and Child paintings. I really like the beautiful colors in this painting by Rapheal.
I know this isn't a painting just a picture I have of a sweet little lamp from Amsterdam's in Saugatuck Michigan. But I love it and couldn't resist!
I have always admired this print by John Audubon. He has so many wonderful pieces of art but this has to be my favorite.
So glad you dropped by today :)
I have been a bit lax with my blogging this month.
I love summer and don't want to miss a moment before it has past me by.
So stay with me I will be back when the weather starts to turn.
XO-Mya
Hi Mya,
ReplyDeleteGood to have a post from you! I've been busy too...but still spending too much time blogging. Can't seem to give it up!

Freud would think that you had a problem with your father since you want a man to be pink instead of blue!
ReplyDeleteHappy Pink Saturday!
ReplyDeleteReally a lovely PINK post!

Mya ~ what concerns me more than Pink Freud (LOL!) is why he's holding a hot dog.
ReplyDeleteSo sorry to hear about the burns and blisters. That must have been just horrible.
