Pink Saturday;Electrofied

Welcome to Pink Saturday. We have quite a gang in the Pink Saturday clan now. To tour the girls in the Pink today visit our hostess Beverly at How Sweet the Sound.

I thought about doing a nice little post with flowers but then I thought, no... been there done that. So I decided to talk about something a little more controversial.

This, my friends, is a little pink Tazer. I find it quite shocking that Tazer parties are becoming popular these days.

They are sold in several styles and colors. Notice how they are really pushing the marketing toward women. What other weapon do you know of that you can buy in passionate pink or animal print?

Yes this cute and harmless looking little object is a Tazer. It is amazing to me that there are people running around out there with tiny weapons that look like this. At about $350.00 a pop how many people do you think are buying these?

Are you motivated to arm yourself with a little Pink stun gun? The thought of a bunch of woman running around armed with little Tazers Pink or otherwise kind of scares me. Beware don't tick off the lady next door. You never know what she has in her purse.

XO-Mya

  4. No kidding! I had no idea. Although the thought of my girls having one in case of emergency when they are older and on their own is kind of comforting.

I confess I have watched too many episodes of Cold Case Files and City Confidential.

  5. I find it hard to believe that they market something like that they way they have. It baffles my mind!!!! I certainly hope I never run into one.

  7. Good Grief! Tazers in purses. Pink tazers. Leopard tazers. Do they make Little Mermaid tazers for the kiddos--how about a Batman tazer?
I think I'll take my chances and remember my "defense" classes I took and how to best use a knee to the private spot. On the other hand, I can see a group of "cat fighting" chickees tazering the dickens out of eachother! Whew! Feet don't fail me now--I'd have to run!

A very interesting Pink Topic--good job!

  21. Such innocent looking *pink* too! How could they use such a lovely shade of *pink* for a weapon? And what exactly do they do at tazer parties? I've heard of them before, but didn't know they were getting to be such a "fad" or should I say "craze"?
